LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

OF MARGARET ANNE THORNTON

I, Margaret Anne Thornton, of 14 Oakfield Road, Sheffield, S10 3GH, hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions previously made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament, made this day in accordance with the Wills Act 1837 (as amended).

1. APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTORS

1.1 I appoint as my Executors:

Robert James Thornton, of 14 Oakfield Road, Sheffield, S10 3GH (my spouse)

Claire Louise Thornton, of 22 Beech Avenue, Leeds, LS6 1PD (my daughter)

1.2 If any Executor is unable or unwilling to act, the remaining Executor or Executors shall act alone. My Executors shall have all the powers conferred on trustees by the Trustee Act 2000 and all other statutory powers.

2. SPECIFIC GIFTS

2.1 I give my engagement ring and pearl necklace to my daughter Claire Louise Thornton, absolutely, if she survives me by 30 days.

2.2 I give the sum of £5,000 to The British Heart Foundation (registered charity number 225971), to be paid from my estate as soon as reasonably practicable after my death.
